VISION:

Generational Changers is an organization that was created to build up and transform strong authentic leaders within our community. At the core belief system of our organization, the instilling of positive values and a mentorship spirit is at the forefront of our mission statement. This value system not only pertains to our “now” leaders but also to the leaders of tomorrow.

MISSION:

To build, engage, enhance, and develop on the strength of millennials, so they can identify their true purpose, to positively impact their communities.

COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT:

Community engagement is held through various mechanisms. We host live broadcasts through social media platforms providing millennials an opportunity to openly talk about issues that affect our generation. In addition, we strategically utilize every available avenue in efforts to raise awareness about social issues by involving millennials in a number of community service activities. Some of our most recent service projects have included community-wide Back-to-School Giveaways, providing care packages for local nursing homes, and deploying mentors for area group homes just to name a few. We believe this impact will not only set new standards within our community, but will also be a positive byproduct that will create more generational leaders.
