IMG_2289Chelsea S. Arrington, is a native of Phenix City, AL. She is the daughter of Geneva Arrington and the late Ernest Arrington. Chelsea is the middle of three daughters; Lakeita Arrington Judkins (Patrick) and Ashley Arrington. She also have one loving niece Sydney Judkins.

Chelsea is a 2011 graduate of Central High School, Phenix City, AL and a 2015 graduate of Auburn University, Auburn, AL. While attending Auburn University, Chelsea received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Entrepreneurship and Family Business. Chelsea has gain and develop an in depth knowledge and expertise in business, finance, marketing, and management.

She is a millennial entrepreneur, who founded Generational Changers LLC in 2017. Where the overall mission is to build, engage, and develop on the strength of millennials, so they can identify their true purpose, to positively impact their communities. She aims to always create positive ambiance. Chelsea is consistently pursuing opportunities to drive improvement for millennials through community service, mentorship, networking, soft & technical skills, and transparency. Her ultimate goal is to develop and create more Generational Changers. Chelsea would best describe herself as an epitome of a Generational Changer. She was nominated for “Female Boss of the Year” for the Columbus Times Newspaper Black Business Awards. In 2018, Chelsea also started a Facebook Group called Generations With A Purpose (G.A.P.). The purpose of G.A.P. is to empower and engage millennials in every aspect of their lives, through social engagement and professional development. Generations With A Purpose, currently has over 1.4K followers.

Chelsea is currently involved with many organizations throughout her community such as; Urban League of Greater Columbus Young Professionals, East Alabama Chamber of Commerce, Let’s Grow STEAMx, Fountain City Classic, Rotaract of Greater Columbus, Ronald McDonald House, and Greater Columbus Young Professionals.

She is also currently employed by AFLAC (American Family Life Assurance Company).

During her spare time Chelsea enjoys baking cupcakes for her cupcake business, and reading business articles. Chelsea is working diligently in accomplishing her dreams and aspirations.
